NGIN members have been on the edge of their seats as this year’s World Cup plays out. When that memorable “ooh-ehh-ahh” comes on, NGIN-ers come scurrying out of meeting rooms, board rooms and offices to our spacious bistro café to collectively watch the game. From my observations over the last two weeks… the World Cup has an amazingly unique ability to transform intelligent, accomplished visionaries… into raving hooligans! This is one of our many events to bring NGIN members together to form a tight knit community.
NGIN Workplace, located in the heart of Cambridge, is a membership based innovation center that encourages the buzz of collaboration and networking. The World Cup has been an exciting opportunity for members to meet…to squabble over ref calls… to gasp the “biting incident” …and to sing along to that memorable theme song! At NGIN Workplace we currently house 12 prominent startups known for the groundbreaking ways they are applying new-age technologies, science, complex algorithms and more to solve problems for the consumer.
Our collective members span over 10 nationalities. As you can imagine…this has made this year’s soccer battle of the nations all the more entertaining! We also organized a company-wide pool to further rouse our members’ competitive sides.
